Tough Mudder, possibly one of the toughest challenges out there! It works to challenge you in ways never imagined….basically like going through a 10 mile bootcamp.

We have EXACTLY 3 months to train.

Right now I feel I have a lot of the strength and can do 2 body pullups. I am anticipating the training for this to be extensive. I will research the obstacles that will be present and we will train accordingly. If there are monkey bars, we will be working on our hanging skills, so we can develop the type of endurance we will need for that specific obstacle.

I am training 4 women in the meantime and coming up with the training plan and will be training 3 of them at the gym I work. I can’t wait to see progress and improvements and to SHARE WITH YOU the journey before us!!!
